All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in appearance, decoration, and presentation may occur.

Our products are made in an environment where milk, nuts (including pistachio), peanuts, gluten, eggs, soy, and other allergens may be present.

While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient and allergen information before purchasing. If you have allergies or dietary requirements, you should not consume our products unless you are fully satisfied they are suitable for you.


SECTION 5 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase from us.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Your order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • A product is unavailable

  • There is an error in pricing or product description

  • We suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity

  • We are unable to fulfil delivery

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.


SECTION 6 – PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

We use secure third-party payment providers, and we do not store full payment card details

SECTION 7 – DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled by third-party courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is complete and correct. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or missed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.


SECTION 8 – RISK & RESPONSIBILITY

Once your order has been handed over to the delivery courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage caused during transit.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will always review cases individually to ensure fair resolution where possible.


SECTION 9 – CHOCOLATE MELTING, SOFTENING & SEASONAL CONDITIONS

Our products contain chocolate and fillings that may be sensitive to temperature.

During warmer weather, chocolate may soften, melt, or lose shape during transit. During colder weather, products may harden.

We take care in packaging orders appropriately, but we cannot guarantee that products will arrive in perfect visual condition in all weather conditions.

This does not affect the safety or quality of the product.


SECTION 10 – BREAKAGE

Our products are handmade and may be fragile.

Although we package items securely, minor breakage or cosmetic damage may occur during shipping.

Breakage that does not affect the safety or overall quality of the product does not qualify for a refund.

If your order arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assess the issue.


SECTION 11 – REFUNDS & RETURNS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Refunds or replacements are only offered in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged beyond reasonable condition

  • The wrong item has been sent

  • The order is missing items

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and must include photographic evidence where applicable.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

  • Minor cosmetic damage or breakage

  • Products that have been consumed

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


SECTION 12 – CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, we may not be able to cancel it.

Because many of our products are made to order, preparation may begin shortly after purchase.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to assist where production has not yet started.


SECTION 13 – DELIVERY DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Weather disruptions

  • Strikes or industrial action

  • High seasonal demand

  • Courier operational delays

We will always assist in tracking delayed parcels, but we cannot guarantee delivery times
