Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items, including chocolate bars, cake bars, dessert jars, or other edible products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s), and we'll review your claims quickly as possible.
If we determine that your order was damaged during transit, incorrect, or faulty, we'll offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-returnable items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on chocolate bars or jars.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive wrong item, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
Right to Cancel
Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders for food items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period once they have been prepared or dispatched. If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if your order has not yet been processed.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued where an order is confirmed to be damaged, and cannot be consumed, incorrect, or cannot be fulfilled. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
