At The Cake Bar, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring that they are packaged with care to maintain their condition during transit.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the product is damaged to the point where it cannot be consumed.

Damaged Products

While we strive to package our products securely, we cannot control what happens during transit. If your product arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if the product is indeed unfit for consumption, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Exclusions

Minor breakage or cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's consumability does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
